Building a retail business (2020)
I first entered the luggage industry in 2020.
Together with a partner, we started by purchasing suitcases from wholesale suppliers and selling them through our own online store combined with a physical retail shop — ice-land.by
Within a short period, we became the sales leader in our city. Later, I exited the company, and the store continues to operate successfully to this day.

Creating my own brand (2022)
In 2022, I launched my own luggage brand — MALLINALE.
I personally:
researched international markets,
defined product design and specifications,
organized contract manufacturing in China,
managed import operations and international logistics.
This gave me strong, hands-on knowledge of the global luggage industry and practical experience in international trade.
In 2024, our brand became a Top-3 luggage seller on the Wildberries.ru marketplace. Building a brand taught me not only how to sell luggage — but how to create products that consistently perform in competitive markets.
I personally:
